We created and coordinated the official digital platform of UniFEST, the largest student festival in Romania, now in its 23rd edition. The website was designed as a national information and coordination hub for an event held simultaneously in 12 university centers, with over 20,000 participants, 100+ events, dozens of guests, trainings, competitions and a final mega-concert. We structured the complex information architecture (theme, activities, tradition, cities, detailed program), so that users could easily navigate through a very large volume of information, by days, cities and types of events.
We created the editorial and narrative content of the platform, transposing the festival identity and the motto "Free fun, NOT in vain" into a coherent, attractive and youth-oriented language. We integrated thematic descriptions, the presentation of the major directions (culture, education, sports, entertainment), the history of the festival, as well as pages dedicated to each participating city. A central element was the management and display of the extremely detailed national program, with hundreds of activities (conferences, trainings, sports competitions, cultural, social and volunteer events), in a clear and easy to update format.
From a technical and visual point of view, the platform was designed for intense traffic, frequent updates and multi-city coordination, integrating partners, institutional and private sponsors, universities and local authorities. The website functions not only as a presentation page, but as a digital infrastructure for a national event, demonstrating my ability to deliver large-scale digital projects: communication strategy, UX for complex events, editorial content and end-to-end web implementation.
